Hello all,
i am currently transitioning from Exchange 2003 (w2k3 Server) to
Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (on W2k8 Server 64bit).
Everything described in MS technet for Installation in existing
Organization so far worked (Single Forest to single forest).
Now i created a testuser with mail box. I moved the mailbox from
Ex2003 to Ex2007 Server and i am able to log in via OWA or use
Outlook.
In the Ex2007 Account, I can receive eMail from legacy Ex2003
Mailboxes or from the internet.
But i cannot send internal eMails to users with Ex2003 Mailboxes and i
cannot send eMails towards internet from the Ex2007 Mailbox.
I thought, all the necessary connectors are automatically deployed,
when installing Exchange 2007 into an existing Organization?
I Hub Transport Role there is a Send Connector (from the legacy Ex2003
Server) ... why is this not used for intern mail flow to Exchange 2003
Mailboxes or Internet mail that comes from Ex2007 Mailboxes?
