Exchange 2007 Cach-Modus Outlook

    Hallo zusammen,


    wie kann man den Cach-Modus nachträglich aktiveren?


    Das Email-Konto wurde automasch über den Exchange angelegt ohne Cach-Modus. Jetzt wollen wir aber den Cach-Modus aktivieren, damit man mehr Funktionen hat.


    Über Gruppenrichtlinen haben wir es schon eingestellt.


    Und in der Registry hat er den Wert vom CacheMode Enable = DWord = 1 auch übernommen.

    Aber leider ist der Cache-Mode beim Email-Konto immer noch nicht aktivert.


    Kann hier an dieser Stelle vielleicht jemand helfen? Wie kann ich Outook sagen, dass er dies aktivieren soll. Un möglichst automatisch, da es über 30 User bzw Email-Konten sind sind.

    wen Du den Client-Cache von Outlook meinst machst Du das direkt am Client über die Konto-Einstellungen vom Outlook. Extras-->Kontoeinstellungen-->Exchange-Konto auswählen-->ändern und Haken bei cache Modus setzten.

    Outlook 2003 und 2007.


    Nein geht so nicht über die Einstellung, da dieses Kästchen wo man es anhacken kann deaktiviert ist.


    Und im web hab ich bis jetzt dazu auch keine lösung gefunden.

    Also der letzte Beitrag ist mal die ganz falsche Richtung ;)


    und der davor hat leider auch nicht geholfen.


    ich kann Änderungen machen wie ich möchte, scheinen immer keine Wirkung zu haben.


    Ist irgendwas in dem prf-file falsch, dass den cache deaktivert?

    Es war ja doch ein brauchbar Befehl dabei:


    Set-CasMailbox MailboxName -MAPIBlockOutlookNonCachedMode:$true


    Aber wenn ich diesen aufführe kommt folgende Meldung:


    WARNING: Der Befehl wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen, es wurden jedoch keine Einstellung von Benutzer geändert


    Das Ende vom Lied ist, dass es trotzdem nicht funktioniert :(

    Egal was für eine Einstellung ich auch vornehme... dies ist immer ausgegraut.


    und ohne Cached-modus kann man nicht auf die lokalen Kontakte zugreifen.

    Du kämpfst wahrscheinlich mit einem ähnlichen Problem wie ich...


    Was ich bis jetzt herausgefunden habe:


    Der Registry key: HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Cached Mode\Enable=1 -> Dieser Key bezieht sich nur auf auf profile die neu erstellt werden. Wir ein neues Profil erstellt, wird der cached Mode zwingend eingeschaltet. enn Enabled=0 heisst dass das der cached Mode für neue Profile nicht angewendet wird.


    Wenn dieser Key gesetzt ist (1 oder 0) hast du keine Wahl. Aufgrund dem Screenshot vermute ich, das bei dir der Registry Key Enable=0 ist.


    Du musst den Key entfernen. Danach ist es dem User bzw. Dir selbst überlassen, ob der Cached Mode auf neuen Profilen aktiviert wird oder nicht...
