Mails von Systemadministrator in Spam Ordner

    Nun ist aber meine Mail vom Systemadministrator mit 0 versehen. Also nicht intern, aber auch kein Spam. Das bringt mich meinem Problem natürlich nicht näher.

    Also nochmal zur erklärung der mail von der wir sprechen.


    ich habe an eine adresse eine mail geschickt, da kam dann vom systemadministrator zurück: Unzustellbar - und hier der betreff. In der Mail stand dann unten drin 'mailadresse' SMTP-Fehler: 553 Dynamic pool 217.91.51.95. <http://unblock.secureserver.net/?ip=217.91.51.*>


    es scheint ja so zu sein, nachdem bei scl ne 0 steht, dass mein mailserver die nachricht vom anderen einfach an mich (user) durchreicht oder?


    das problem mit unblock haben wir schon gelöst. Frage ist eben, kann man solche mails als nicht spam deklarieren?

    dazu müsstest Du den IMF modifizieren.


    An SCL rating of 0 means that the message does not look like spam at all. It is not zero probability. The fact that it has an SCL of 0 would mean that it is tagged with an SCL.

    to know can he customize it. What are the different customizations possible if
    there are any?


    A.1) There are no capabilities to customize the smartscreen technology shipped
    within the IMF. If you have customers wanting to perform additional checks or
    specific exclusions based on sender or recipient etc then you would have to do the
    following:

    1. Use the IMF with a gateway action of No Action. This just stamps the SCL rating
    on the message
    2. Develop a transport event sink that would perform custom actions based on
    customer needs.
    3. Take action on the message (delete, reject, archive etc) based on the results of
    1 & 2
