Mails von Systemadministrator in Spam Ordner

    Es scheint wohl doch von intern zu kommen. Laut Header...
    Komisch ist nur, dass da nur Systemadministrator steht und nichts von der Domäne. Sonst könnte man den in die Liste der sicheren Absender aufnehmen.

    das kann aber auch was anderes sein.


    Es gibt eine besondere Form von Spam, da wird an einen User xyzbl@domain.tld eine Mail gesendet,
    die so aussieht wie ein NDR von einem anderen System.


    Absender Systemadministrator, mit dem Icon usw.


    In Wirklichkeit wertet der dann wiederum den NDR aus, um so an eine echte Mailadresse zu kommen.


    Nimmt im Moment stark zu, haben bereits mehere Admins berichtet.


    Mal sehen, wie sich das weiterentwickelt.


    Ich habe bei uns die generierung von NDR vorübergehend abgeschaltet.

    Da steht auch nur Systemadministrator drin...Das ist von meinem Server eine Unzustellbarkeitsmail. Kann ich ihm irgendwo sagen ,dass er an der stelle Systemadministrator@domäne.com nehmen soll??


    Da fällt mir noch was auf, was ich ganz und garnicht verstehe.
    Ich habe um 8:51 eine Testmail geschickt. Im Protokoll der Nachrichtenprotokollierung steht sie als versendet um 7:51. In der Mail die ich vom Systemadministrator bekomme steht dann gesendet um 9:51 ????

    Diese Spam Admin Mails bekomme wir auch hin und wieder, wobei man die relativ schnell am betreff erkennt.
    Diese bei mir heute ist aber eine richtige. Hab auf eine von mir diese antwort bekommen. Ist eben die Frage ob ich meinem Mailserver einimpfen kann, dass er mir rausgibt z.b. systemadministrator@meinedomäne.de

    was für eine SCL hat denn die Mail?


    Du kannst in Outlook für die Ordner das Feld SCL anzeigen lassen.

    Installing the SCL Extension Form in Outlook 2003


    To read the SCL rating from messages in Outlook 2003, we have to install the SCL extension Form first. To do so: 1. Click Start, select Run, and input "notepad.exe" (without the quotation marks) to start Notepad. Then copy and paste the following texts into Notepad:

    2. Save this text file with the name "scl.cfg" (without the quotation marks) and exit Notepad.
    3. Put the file scl.cfg to "\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FORMS\1033? (it depends on where you installed Outlook).
    4. Start Outlook 2003 with a profile that is configured for the mailbox on the Exchange 2003 Server with IMF installed.
    5. On the Tools menu, click Options.
    6. On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
    7. In the Advanced Options dialog box, click Custom Forms.
    8. In the Options dialog box, click Manage Forms.
    9. In the Forms Manager dialog box, click Install.
    10. Locate the file scl.cfg which you just copied to the folder "\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FORMS\1033?. Then click OK to confirm installation. If you successfully installed it, you will see the "SCL Extension Form" item listed in the Personal Forms library.


    Adding the SCL rating field into the column header of Outlook folders


    After installing the SCL extension Form, you still will not see the messages' SCL rating values right away., you have to add the SCL rating field into the column header, and, this way,you can automatically check the messages' SCL rating values listed in the SCL column in Outlook 2003. To do so:
    1. In Outlook 2003, click Inbox.
    2. On the View Menu, click Arrange By, and then select Custom.
    3. In the "Customize View: Messages" dialog box, click Fields.
    4. In the Show Fields dialog box, pull down the "Select available fields from" list, and choose Forms.
    5. In the "Select Enterprise forms for this folder" dialog box, select Personal Forms in the list.
    6. Locate the SCL Extension From in the left pane, and click Add to add it into the right pane. Click Close to exit.
    7. In the Show Fields dialog box, locate the SCL in the left pane, and click Add to add it into the right pane.
    8. Click OK twice to exit.
    9. In the Inbox, you will see a new column named SCL showing in the column header of the Inbox, and all the messages in the Inbox shows their SCL rating values under the SCL column.


    Note: You can also perform the above steps in folders apart from the Inbox to check the SCL rating values for the messages in these folders.
