Migration DC auf neuen 2003 Server inkl Exchange 2007 Problemen

Dann hab ich wohl tendenziell ein Problem mit dem DNS, dass er sich den falschen DC als primären DC aussucht, bzw. die anderen nicht findet.

Beim überfliegen heute Nachmittag habe ich gesehen, dass in der Primären Zone der _msdcs Eintrag fehlt.

Schaue ich mir morgen an.

Ich denke ich hab den Fehler gefunden. Der neue DC (wieso auch immer) hat den alten DC als DNS eingetragen. Wenn nun also der alte DC runtergefahren wird, so funktioniert tendenziell nichts mehr (weder Exchange noch AD etc.). Der neue DC zeigt nun auf sich selber (hat einen lokalen DNS Server). Werde es wohl am Wochenende testen und berichten.

leider war der Versuch erfolglos. Haben alle Exchage-Deinste beendet, den altenn DC runtergefahren und danach die Exchange-Dienste zu starten. Leider konnten nicht alle Dienste gestartet werden wie z.B. der Information Store. Im Eventlog habe ich diverse Meldungen. Ich poste sie mal, werde jedoch morgen im Büro weiter suchen, was sie bedeuten.

Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGYSERVICE.EXE (PID=4912). Topology discovery failed, error 0x80040a02 (DSC_E_NO_SUITABLE_CDC). Look up the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) error code specified in the event description. To do this, use Microsoft Knowledge Base article 218185, "Microsoft LDAP Error Codes." Use the information in that article to learn more about the cause and resolution to this error. Use the Ping or PathPing command-line tools to test network connectivity to local domain controllers.
