Verlinkung mit Outlook

    Hallo,


    ich habe ein Problem. Wir befinden uns gerade in einer Migration.


    Einige User besitzen noch Notes und senden E-Mail's zu Kollegen mit Outlook. Das Problem welches sich stellt ist folgendes.


    Wenn ein Notes User einen Link einer Datenbank in Notes nach einem Outlook User sendet, so wird der Link nicht mehr als Link angezeigt ondern als Text. Dies bedeutet das ein Outlook User über umwege an NOtes Datenbanken kommt.


    Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen, bzw. was muss ich bei Exchange einrichten, oder gibt es irgendwo eine Anleitung bzgl. dieses Problems.

    ich gehe mal davon aus das Ihr den Lotus Notes COnnector nutzt, in den Eigenschaften unter General gibt es einen Punkt convert notes doc link to : mit folgender Auswahl.


    OLE Document Link This is represented by an icon in the Exchange message. When the user clicks the icon, Lotus Notes starts and the document link works as it should. (Lotus Notes must be installed on the client computer.)

    ? RTF Attachment (default) The document is converted to an RTF attachment. Because this attachment is a copy of the data from the actual Notes document, users cannot edit the document.

    ? URL Shortcut The document link is converted to a URL. When you click the URL, the default Web browser tries to access the computer running Lotus Notes to which the link points. This option is useful if the user can access the document on the Lotus Domino server through HTTP. The user still requires a Lotus Notes name, password, and license to access the document, unless anonymous authentication is allowed.
