Active Sync mit Exchange Server Zertifikatproblem

    Liebe Leute...


    Es geht nicht mehr lange und ich schmeisse mein Qtek S200 ins Klo, den Exchange Server mit dazu!


    Das Synchronisieren mit dem Exchage Server funkt nicht mehr. Erhalte immer Unterstützungscode: 0x80072F0D. Dieser Fehler verlangt ein Sicherheitszertifikat, weiss der Geier warum! Bei mir ist die SSL Verschlüsselung jedoch nicht eingeschaltet (brauche ich auch nicht). Bis am 3.01.2007 funktionierte das Active Sync mit dem Server, leider habe ich Active Sync upgedatet auf 4.2 von da an funktionierte das Ganze nicht mehr.


    Gibts eventuell eine Einstellung auf dem PDA ein Häckchen oder solalla...

    hier zwei mögliche Lösungen:


    CAUSE:
    =======


    The Intermediate CA was not installed on the Front End Exchange server in the
    Intermediate Certification Authorities Store and so this was breaking the 3-tier
    Certificate chain. Because of this the device couldn't identify the Root CA which
    was causing ActiveSync to fail.


    RESOLUTION:
    ============


    - On the Front End server opened the Certificate MMC by Run>MMC>File>Add/Remove
    Snap-in>Add>Certificates>Add>Computer account>Next>Local Computer>Finish>Close.
    - Using the Certificate MMC checked the Personal Certificate Store, Trusted Root
    Certificate Authorities Store and Intermediate Certification Authorities store.
    - Found only the Personal Store to contain the web certificate name corresponding
    to the 'owa url'. The Trusted Root Certification Authorities Store and Intermediate
    Certification Authorities store did not contain the 'VeriSign Class 3 Public
    Primary CA' and 'VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA' respectively.
    - Executed the .PFX file that was given by VeriSign. Checked the Certificate MMC
    again and this time it populated the Trusted Root Certification Authorities Store
    with the correct 'VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA' certificate but the
    Intermediate Certification Authorities Store still didn't contain the 'VeriSign
    Class 3 Secure Server CA'.
    - So went to IIS, default web site, of the Front End server and manually exported
    the Intermediate Root CA to a folder in a .CER format.
    - Opened the Certificate MMC and imported the Intermediate Root CA (.CER) 'VeriSign
    Class 3 Secure Server CA' into Intermediate Certification Authorities Store.
    - Did a soft reset of the Mobile device.
    - Tried to access OWA on the Mobile device using the OWA URL and it came up with
    the credentials page without the Certificate Security Alert.
    - Active Sync too worked fine.

    auch wenn das posting schon etwas älter ist... Für alles, die das gleiche Problem quält:


    Mit dem Errorcode ist gemeint, dass der mobileclient dem Serverzertifikat nicht vertraut (ist häufig bei eigener CA der fall).


    Lösung(Windows Mobile 2003 / 5):
    Stammzertifikat aus der CA exportieren und auf dem Mobileclient kopieren. Auf dem Client ausführen / Installieren und fertig...

    Bin schon verzweifelt durch das weg gesurft betreffend Unterstützungscode: 0x80072F0D (Zertifikatproblem)


    Folgendes setze ich ein:


    Windows Server 2008 Standard
    Exchange 2007
    Forefront habe ich vorübergehend DEinstaliert


    HTC TyTN II mit WinMob 6.0


    Synchronisation mit PC ist kein Problem, wenn ich jedoch direkt mit dem Server abgleichen möchte, habe ich eben das Problem mit dem Zertifikat


    (Das Sicherheitszertifikat auf dem Server ist ungültig. Bitten Sie den Exchange Server.Administrator oder Ihren Internetdienstanbieter, ein gültiges Sicherheitszertifikat auf dem Server zu installieren.)


    Wer weiss Rat. Hatte vorher W2k3x64 und da hat alles wunderbar geklappt....
