sending 1 but progress bar shows sending 1 of 2 - why?

Hi,

when sending, the progress bar always says it is sending one message more than is in my outbox. (For example, if I have only one message in my outbox, it says “sending message 1 of 2,” and if I have 5 messages in my outbox, it says “sending message 1 of 6.” Why????

During send/receive, outlook hangs up for a very long time (more than 30 minutes) with Outlook Send/Receive Progress message Microsoft Exchange – Processing, and the message next to the progress bar on the Inbox window says: All folders are up to date. Updating address book.
What's happened?

Ja, vor dem OL2010 ist ein Exchange 2007.

Und "Senden/Empfangen" vielleicht deswegen, da die Anbindung durch ein VPN erfolgt.?!

mich sollte es schon wundern, wenn mein Kollege aus den USA
keine funktionierende Namensauflösung haben soll - denn
die VPN-User melden sich recht schnell, wenn sie nichts
per VPN erreichen können.

Aber ich werde nachhaken.
