Relay access denied warum?

hallo leute,

vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen immer wenn ich e-mails ins internet verschicken will, kommt die fehler meldung "Relay access denied" ich weiss nicht warum, weil es hat auch mal funktioniert e-mails nach draussen zu schicken.
